What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards only, processed securely through Stripe.
Stripe is a market-leading payment gateway that meets all regulatory requirements and maintains comprehensive cybersecurity measures. After careful assessment of all payment gateway systems, we chose Stripe for its security and reliability.
When am I charged?
You are charged immediately upon subscription. As soon as you complete your subscription through Stripe:
- Your credit card is charged
- You receive a receipt from Stripe
- Your API key is emailed to you instantly
- Your full monthly quota becomes available
How do I update my payment information?
All payment information is managed through Stripe:
- Go to our main page
- Click "Manage Subscription" in the top-right corner
- You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure customer portal
- Update your payment method there
We don't store any payment information - it's all handled securely by Stripe.
Do you offer discounts?
Currently, we offer monthly subscriptions only.
- Monthly plans: Pay as you go, cancel anytime
- Multiple subscriptions: Purchase additional subscriptions for increased quota
Subscription Management
Can I upgrade my plan mid-cycle?
No, mid-cycle upgrades are not available. Here's why:
Our subscription model is different from typical SaaS services:
- Quota-based system: You receive your full monthly API call quota on day one
- No rate limiting: You can use your entire quota in a day, week, or spread across the month
- Full access immediately: All features and maximum speed available from the start
Since you could theoretically use your entire monthly quota immediately, mid-cycle upgrades aren't possible.
If you need more API calls:
- Test thoroughly with our free API before subscribing
- Choose the right plan based on your testing
- Purchase an additional subscription if you need more quota
- Each subscription comes with its own API key
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime:
- Go to our main page
- Click "Manage Subscription" in the top-right corner
- Access Stripe's customer portal
- Cancel your subscription
Important notes:
- Monthly plans: Cancel anytime, no refund for the current month
- Annual plans: Contact support for partial refunds on unused months
- Your API access continues until the end of your current billing period
Can I change to a different plan?
Due to our quota-based system, you cannot change plans mid-cycle. To get a different plan:
- Cancel your current subscription (continues until period ends)
- Purchase the new plan you need
- You'll receive a new API key for the new subscription
Pro tip: You can have multiple active subscriptions if you need more quota immediately.
Refunds & Cancellations
Do you offer refunds?
Our refund policy:
- Monthly plans: No refunds (it's just one month)
- Annual plans: Partial refunds available for unused months
For annual plans, contact our support team and we'll calculate a prorated refund for the months you haven't used yet.
What happens after I cancel?
When you cancel your subscription:
- Immediate: Cancellation is confirmed
- Access continues: Your API key remains active until the end of your current billing period
- No more charges: You won't be charged for the next period
- Quota remains: You keep your remaining quota until period ends
- After expiry: API key becomes inactive

This is why we encourage thorough testing before subscribing and don't offer mid-cycle upgrades.
How do I manage my subscription without a user account?
We've designed a secure, simple system:
- Purchase: Subscribe via Stripe
- Receive: Get your API key via email
- Manage: Use the "Manage Subscription" link (top-right on main page)
- Secure: All handled by Stripe's secure portal
No username, no password, no account data stored by us - just simple, secure access to your subscription management.
Best Practices
How should I choose the right plan?
Follow these steps for the best experience:
- Calculate your needs: Estimate your monthly API call volume
- Test extensively: Use our free API calls to validate
- Add buffer: Choose a plan with 20-30% more than your estimate
- Monitor usage: Track your API usage via the
/api/v1/usage
endpoint - Scale as needed: Purchase additional subscriptions for more quota
Remember: You can always purchase additional subscriptions if needed!
